These terms govern your use of Khoon Ka Rishta, the free blood-donor network operated by TEK2 (Private) Limited. Free forever, no advertising, no upsell — but still a real agreement, written in plain language.
By creating an account or using Khoon Ka Rishta, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If these terms are ever unclear, contact us before you rely on the app — we would rather explain than assume. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Khoon Ka Rishta connects people who need blood or blood products with donors nearby, matched by blood type, location, and availability. The app is free on both the App Store and Google Play, carries no advertising, and never charges for a match.
Khoon Ka Rishta is a directory and matching tool — it is not a blood bank, a medical provider, or a substitute for one. It helps people find each other; the donation itself always happens through a licensed hospital or blood bank.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Khoon Ka Rishta. By creating an account, you confirm that you are. To register as a donor you must also be between 18 and 65 and meet the health requirements shown in the app. You can raise a blood request on behalf of someone else, including a child. Listing yourself as a donor is not a medical clearance — final eligibility for any specific donation is always determined by the screening staff at the blood bank or hospital where the donation takes place, not by this app.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your blood type and contact details. Register one account per person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, tell us immediately at privacy@tek2.pk.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, or by emailing privacy@tek2.pk. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You cannot delete your account while a donation you accepted is in progress or while a blood request you raised is still open. See Delete your account.

Khoon Ka Rishta facilitates introductions only. We do not guarantee that a listed donor is available, healthy, or compatible, and we do not guarantee that a request will find a match in time. Every donation must go through proper screening at a licensed blood bank or hospital — never rely on this app in place of medical advice or emergency care.
How we collect, use, and protect your information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy and Security page. All data you share with Khoon Ka Rishta is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Khoon Ka Rishta is provided free of charge, "as is," with no fee ever charged for access or matching. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including outcomes of donations arranged through it.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know before it takes effect, for example by emailing the address on your account. Continuing to use Khoon Ka Rishta after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
